Multi-Family

Our experience with multi-family units varies from two family duplexes to large multi-family condominiums and apartment units. We employ a full time multi-family estimator who would be happy to discuss the particulars of your project with you.

Tri County runs a complete Oregon OSHA approved health and safety program, including a drug and alcohol compliance clause, with ongoing safety training and constant on-site supervision. We are also fully compliant with DOT regulations for both Oregon and Washington. We are experienced with prevailing wage, jobs, metal stud framing and acoustical ceiling work.
